We ship worldwide, with delivery times varying based on location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (Germany) shipping: 2-5 business days.

International shipping: 5-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Free shipping may be available for select orders, promotions, or bulk purchases.


Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Masterpiece.opals@web.de within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Lost or missing packages must be reported to the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible but are not liable for carrier-related issues.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
